Where will we walk?
Green spaces and traffic-free areas in central London and north London that work for us both. I'm always open to suggestions for new locations. Regular ones I walk in are listed on the Contact page.
What about the weather?
We hardly ever need to cancel due to weather. If it rains it's usually possible to walk anyway - with the right clothing and maybe some tree cover. If the temperature is above 30 degrees or there's a big storm we would reschedule.

Why open air coaching?
There are so many benefits to having your career conversations outside while we walk!
- Walking outdoors, side by side, instead of sitting face to face in an office, feels more comfortable and less formal for many people.
- Outside we see new perspectives; it's more expansive and we're not closed in by walls.
- The powerful wellbeing benefits of being in nature, sometimes even working with nature to find the answers to questions, are now widely recognised.
- The health benefits of walking for fitness: combine your coaching session with your exercise for the day.
- Being out in the fresh air, blowing the cobwebs away is invigorating and energising.
- The sense of movement: coaching is a means of getting us from one place to another figuratively speaking. We're doing it in practice while we walk.
- The relationship between coach and client can feel more equal when we're both outside in our bobble hats and waterproof coats.
I don't feel like walking today...?
No problem! If you change your mind about being outside we can find a quiet place to meet inside.
